Refunds

If Pro isn't right for you, you can have your money back.

The policy

• Full refund within 7 days of buying, for any reason. You don't have to explain.
• Bought before 26 October 2026? You have the 30 days the policy promised then.
• The refund goes back to the card or account you paid with. Dodo Payments, the merchant of record, processes it; it usually shows up within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
• When the refund is made, the license key stops working, and the app goes back to the free analyzer the next time it checks the license (about once a week). Nothing you cleaned up is affected, and the analyzer, Undo, Put Back, Empty Trash and Cleanup History keep working.

How to ask

Write to support@wombit.app from the email address you bought with. You don't have to say why.

After 7 days

Write anyway if something went wrong, such as a duplicate purchase or a Pro tool that doesn't work on your Mac. Where the law where you live gives you more rights, those rights apply.
