Is this folder safe to delete?

243 places that fill a Mac, each with what it is, who makes it, how safe it is to remove and what removing it does. It's the same open catalog the app and its command-line tool use, under Apache-2.0.

What the levels mean

Safe
Its owner recreates it by itself when it needs it, and nothing you made is lost.
Usually safe
It can be recreated, but it takes a download, a reinstall or the tool's own command.
Review first
It's your own data, or hard to recreate. Decide item by item.
Managed by macOS
macOS manages it. It's never moved to the Trash.

Only Safe items are ever checked for you. Anything no entry here explains is never offered for removal, and some places are never removed whatever an entry says: what it never touches.
