Is it safe to delete Application Support folders?
Data that apps create and manage for you, such as libraries, databases, downloads and settings, in a folder for each app.
Review first
It's your own data, or hard to recreate. Decide item by item.

What it is
Apps keep the files they manage on your behalf in Application Support, usually in a folder named after the app or its bundle ID. This can include your own data, such as a library, chat history or projects, so it isn't a cache. The folder in the Library folder at the top of your disk is shared by all users. Deleting an app doesn't remove its folder here.
If it's removed
Removing an app's folder can erase data you made in the app and reset it to a first launch.
What to do instead
Manage this data in the app itself, or use the app's uninstaller if it has one. If you've already deleted the app, check that nothing in its folder is still needed before moving the folder to the Trash in Finder.
The free analyzer finds it and explains it, with these steps. The app doesn't remove it for you.
