What it is
When you download a full macOS installer from the App Store or Software Update and don't run it, it stays in your Applications folder and takes up many gigabytes. You only need it to install that version of macOS again or to make a bootable installer. Apple lets you download installers again later, for the versions your Mac supports.
If it's removed
To install that version of macOS again or make a bootable installer, you need to download the installer again.
How it's removed
Moved to the Trash, where you can restore it.
The free analyzer finds it and explains it. Removing it is Pro, after a review sheet that lists every move and command. It's never checked for you: it waits for your choice.
