What it is
When you record a meeting to your computer, Zoom saves the video, audio and chat files in a folder for each meeting here. Local recordings are stored only on this Mac, unlike cloud recordings, so they're yours to keep or remove. A long meeting can take up several gigabytes.
If it's removed
Recordings in the Trash can't be played until you put them back. Cloud recordings aren't affected.
How it's removed
Moved to the Trash, where you can restore it.
The free analyzer finds it and explains it. Removing it is Pro, after a review sheet that lists every move and command. It's never checked for you: it waits for your choice.
