Is it safe to delete Crash and diagnostic reports?
Reports macOS saves when an app crashes, stops responding or uses a lot of resources. You can view them in the Console app.
Safe
Its owner recreates it by itself when it needs it, and nothing you made is lost.

What it is
When an app or process crashes or hangs, macOS writes a report with a name ending in .ips, .spin or .diag. Reports about your own apps go in the Library folder in your home folder, and reports about the whole system go in the Library folder at the top of your disk. They help a developer or Apple understand a problem, but nothing on your Mac needs them, and the Console app can move them to the Trash.
If it's removed
You can't look at or send the removed reports anymore. macOS writes a new report if something crashes again.
How it's removed
Moved to the Trash, where you can restore it.
The free analyzer finds it and explains it. Removing it is Pro, after a review sheet that lists every move and command. It starts checked in the Cleanup checklist, except inside Documents or Desktop.
